Samick is really one of the largest manufacturers of musical instruments in the world, based out of Korea, while doing business in Samick worldwide. Not much is publicly known about its creation or founder, but some well-known facts littering the shelves.
- The company Samick Pianos started as in 1958 and released first Samick upright pianos.
- Until 1960 Samick also produced other luthier tools businesses.
- Samick in 1960 began manufacturing pianos of his own design.
- 1992 marked the building of the PT Samick factory in Cilesungi, Indonesia.

Greg Bennett Guitars
Samick guitars were already doing more than 40 years when asked Gregg Bennett redo its entire line of guitars. Appearance, sound quality and robustness are just some of the things that reputable Samick Co. wanted to instill in their stringed instruments.
Notable features of the first guitar Greg Bennett include the small, headstock angle from Bennett felt that the large blunt heads sustainability by subtraction chain vibration. Other unique pieces were designed by musicians and luthiers Grover, and Seymour Duncan Wilkinson, increasing even more to higher quality instruments. The wood used for guitars also updated the forests and the tone of Indian rosewood, African ebony and Canadian rock maple.
